Pipeline Plumbing, Inc. wants this website to work for everyone, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader, or a magnified display. If any part of it gets in your way, call us and we will help you directly.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, and we support the accessibility expectations associated with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We treat this as ongoing work rather than a one-time check.

What we have done

This site uses proper headings and landmarks, a skip link to the main content, keyboard access to every link, button and form field, visible focus outlines, text descriptions for images, form labels and error messages that screen readers announce, color combinations checked against the 4.5:1 contrast standard, and reduced motion for visitors whose devices ask for it. Tap targets are sized for phones, and the site was checked at widths from 320 pixels up.

The moving parts of the home page, including the photo slideshow, the service area banner and the scrolling customer reviews, all stop when your device asks for reduced motion. The review banner also pauses when you hover over it or move keyboard focus into it, and the full text of every quoted review is in the page for screen readers whether the banner is moving or not.

Third-party content

Some pages include a Google Maps embed, and the photographs are served by an outside image provider. The accessibility of those services is controlled by those companies and may be outside our direct control. Every address and service area shown on a map is also written out in text on the same page, so nothing is available only inside the map.

Known limitations

We are not aware of any part of this site that blocks access. If you find one, tell us and we will fix it.
