What this website collects, where it goes, and which outside companies are involved.

Last updated: September 3, 2026

Pipeline Plumbing, Inc. runs this website to describe our plumbing services and to let people in Emerald Isle and Carteret County get in touch. This page explains, in plain terms, exactly what the website collects and which outside companies are involved. It describes the site as it is actually built, not a generic template.

What we collect

There are only two ways this website receives information about you.

  • Information you type into the service request form. Nothing is collected from that form unless you fill it in and submit it.
  • Standard technical information your browser sends when it loads any page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested. Our web host records this in ordinary server logs to serve the site and guard against abuse.

This website has no account system, no login, no shopping cart and no payment processing. We do not ask for and cannot receive payment card details through this site.

The service request form

The form on our contact page asks for the following. Only name and phone number are required; everything else is optional.

FieldRequiredWhy we ask
NameYesSo we know who we are replying to
Phone numberYesThe fastest way to reach you about the job
Email addressNoAn alternative way to reply
Service address or townNoTo confirm the property is in our service area
Property typeNoResidential, commercial or rental changes how we schedule
Service neededNoTo send the right person with the right parts
Description of the problemNoTo understand the job before we arrive
Marketing text opt-inNoAn unticked box. Tick it only if you want occasional reminders and offers by text. Leaving it alone does not affect your request

Alongside those fields, the submission records the page you sent it from, the date and time, and whether you ticked the marketing box, so that we have a record of what you agreed to.

Where that information goes. When you press send, your browser transmits the form directly to HighLevel (also known as GoHighLevel), the customer relationship management platform Pipeline Plumbing uses to handle enquiries. Your details are stored there as a contact record, and that is where we read them, reply to them and track the job. HighLevel processes this information on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy.

To be specific about what does not happen: your submission is not stored on this website or by the company that hosts it, there is no database here holding it, it is not sold or rented to anybody, it is not shared with advertisers or data brokers, and it is not passed to other trades or contractors. We contact you about your enquiry. We do not pass you around.

We use what you send to respond to your enquiry, to carry out any work you go on to ask us for, and, only if you ticked the optional box, to send you occasional service reminders and offers.

The form includes a hidden field that real people never see. It exists only to catch automated spam bots, and anything caught by it is discarded without being sent anywhere.

Calls, texts and consent

By sending the form you are agreeing that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about that request. That is what the notice above the send button says, and it is the only permission the form itself gives us. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and message frequency varies with the job.

The separate, unticked checkbox is different. Ticking it, and only ticking it, permits us to send you marketing texts such as service reminders and seasonal offers. It is genuinely optional; your request is handled exactly the same either way.

You can stop texts from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by calling or emailing us. Replying HELP to a text will get you contact details. We do not sell or share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not share it with any third party for the purpose of sending you marketing messages.

Third parties we use

Four outside companies are involved in this website. Each one can see your IP address and basic browser information when your browser contacts it, because that is how the internet works. Their own privacy policies govern what they do with it.

CompanyWhat it does hereWhat it can see
HighLevel (GoHighLevel) Receives and stores service request form submissions as our customer relationship management system, and is the platform we reply from Everything you put in the form, plus the page you sent it from and the time you sent it. It receives nothing at all unless you submit the form
Netlify Hosts the website files Server log data for every visit, such as your IP address and the page requested. It does not receive form submissions
Google Maps Provides the embedded maps on the home page and the contact page Your IP address and browser details, and Google may set its own cookies in your browser

To be equally clear about what is absent: this site does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics or visitor-measurement service, does not use Google Tag Manager, does not carry a Facebook or other advertising pixel, does not use a session-recording or heatmap tool, does not run a live chat widget, does not use a third-party image or file upload service, and does not use a payment processor. If any of those are added later, this page will be updated before or at the same time.

HighLevel deserves a specific note, because that platform can do far more than receive a form. On this website it does one thing: it receives the service request form when you submit it. There is no HighLevel tracking script on these pages, no HighLevel chat or webchat widget, no missed-call text-back widget, no booking or calendar embed, and no call-tracking number substitution, so the telephone number shown on every page is the company's own line and not a routed tracking number.

The web fonts used for the headings and body text are served from this website itself rather than from a font provider, so loading a page does not send a request to any font company.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own. It stores nothing in your browser's local storage, records no analytics events, and builds no profile of you or your visit. Because the form is sent to HighLevel only at the moment you press send, nothing about your visit reaches our customer relationship management system unless you choose to contact us.

The one exception is outside our pages: the two embedded Google Maps are delivered by Google inside a frame, and Google may set its own cookies through that frame. If you would rather avoid that, you can view our location by opening the map directly in Google Maps or by using your browser's cookie controls to block third-party cookies.

Because we run no analytics or advertising trackers, this site does not show a cookie consent banner. If Pipeline Plumbing later adds any analytics, advertising or tracking technology, this section will be rewritten to name the tool and describe what it collects, the “last updated” date at the top of this page will change, and a consent mechanism will be added where one is required. That applies as much to the tracking, chat and call-tracking features available inside HighLevel as it does to Google Analytics or an advertising pixel. Nothing of that kind is dormant or waiting to be switched on in the current site: there is no unused snippet, no empty measurement ID, and no script loading in the background.

How long we keep it

Form submissions stay in our HighLevel account as a contact record until we delete them. We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for serving you and for keeping ordinary business records, including records of the work we carried out and the consent you gave, and we remove them when they no longer are. Server logs are kept by our web host for its own limited retention period.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (252) 354-1918 or email pipelineplumbingenc@gmail.com and we will take care of it. We may need to keep records connected to work we actually performed for you.

If you ticked the optional marketing box, you can change your mind at any time: reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or just tell us. If you did not tick it, we will only contact you about your enquiry or a job in progress.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging plumbing work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles information, we will revise this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before the new arrangement goes live wherever practical.
