Terms of Use

Last updated: September 23, 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website. They are about the website itself. Any plumbing work Pipeline Plumbing, Inc. performs for you is governed by whatever we agree with you directly, not by this page.

About this website

This site is published by Pipeline Plumbing, Inc., 7413 Emerald Dr, Emerald Isle, NC 28594. It exists to describe the services we offer, the areas we cover, and how to reach us. It is informational. Using it does not create a contract between us and does not put us under any obligation to take on a job.

Estimates and quotes

Nothing on this website is a price, an estimate or a quote, and no page here commits us to a cost or a timescale. Submitting the service request form is an enquiry, not a booking. A job is scheduled only once we have spoken with you and confirmed it, and any figure we give follows an assessment of the actual system in question.

Descriptions of how we work, including any step-by-step account of how a call or a visit typically goes, are general descriptions of our usual approach. They are not guarantees about a particular job, a particular timescale or a particular outcome.

How we may contact you

When you submit the service request form you are giving Pipeline Plumbing, Inc. permission to reply to you by telephone, text message or email about that request. That permission covers the enquiry itself and any job that follows from it. Message and data rates set by your carrier may apply to texts, and message frequency depends on the job.

The form also carries a separate checkbox, unticked by default, for occasional marketing texts such as service reminders and seasonal offers. We send those only to people who ticked it. Whether you tick it makes no difference to how your request is handled.

You can stop text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes by any of the means listed at the bottom of this page. Where the two disagree, the Privacy Policy is the fuller description of what we do with your details, and it governs.

Service and hours information

The list of services, the service area and the opening hours shown on this site reflect the information published on our Google Business Profile at the time this site was built. Business details change, holiday hours differ from regular hours, and availability varies with workload and weather. Treat everything here as a good-faith description rather than a promise, and call (252) 354-1918 to confirm anything you are relying on.

Photography on this site

The only image on this site that depicts Pipeline Plumbing, Inc. itself is the company logo.

Review quotations

The customer comments quoted on this site are excerpts from public reviews left for Pipeline Plumbing, Inc. on Google. They are shortened extracts rather than complete reviews, and they were selected because they are representative of the feedback we have received. The overall rating shown is the aggregate rating Google displayed for our business at the time this site was built; a current rating and the complete set of reviews can be read on our Google Business Profile. Each quoted comment is shown with the star rating that reviewer actually gave, and is attributed by the reviewer's first name and last initial as it appears publicly on Google. The quoted comments do not include every review we have received, and the aggregate rating shown alongside them reflects all of them. Ratings on Google change as new reviews are left. Nobody was paid, offered anything of value, or asked to change a review, and we do not write reviews of our own business.

Credentials

This website makes no claim about licensing, bonding, insurance, trade certification, awards, or years in business. Where you need confirmation of any credential before engaging us, ask us directly and we will provide it.

Not an emergency channel

The form on this website is not monitored continuously and there is no guaranteed response time. If water is actively escaping or a plumbing problem is causing damage, telephone (252) 354-1918 rather than using the form. If there is a risk to life or property, contact the appropriate emergency service first.

Acceptable use

You are welcome to read, print and share these pages. Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or its host, submit false or abusive content through the form, use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages, or harvest contact details from this site for bulk marketing.

Content ownership

The Pipeline Plumbing, Inc. name and logo belong to Pipeline Plumbing, Inc. The written content and the design of this site belong to Pipeline Plumbing, Inc. or its web designer. The stock photographs remain the property of their respective photographers and are used here under licence; they are not licensed for you to extract and reuse. Please do not copy this site's text or design for another business.

Links to other sites

This site links to Google Maps, to our Google Business Profile, and to the website of the company that designed this site. Those destinations are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is current or error-free, or that the site will always be available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pipeline Plumbing, Inc. is not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information published on this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights in relation to plumbing work we actually carry out for you.
